History

 

Master Matthew Sleight started Taekwondo quite late in life. Starting in his mid twenties he found that martial arts were in his blood. He progressed quickly and soon became a black belt. Taking time out to study other forms of Martial arts Matthew always returns to Taekwondo with its strong moral code and way of thinking. Matthew has continued his training now a 4th Dan 3rd grade master. Working with the Korean and English Taekwondo communities, Master Matthew Sleight has helped promote Taekwondo and help the youth of today find their way to this disciplined and exciting martial art and sport.

Master Matthew Sleight has always helped the community. Volunteering at many TKD events and promoting Taekwondo to the western society in both South Korea and England

Matthew is well known in South Korea. A famous actor he has used this fame to promote many charities and government community schemes. Being Honored by the Korean Government Master Matthew Sleight was awarded the Seoul Honorary citizen award for his tireless work in Seoul and Korea
